Non-refundable, on site investigative inspection. We will look at the property and determine the steps to a resolution. Site inspection cost will be added to the heat treatment, if services are used. If you are uncertain, we can monitor your place for 7-days, for an addtional $65.00 "The watchman, is a monitoring system that will be left on the property. If you have bedbugs, this system wil find them.There is no need to waste money on a treatment, when no bedbugs are present. If a technician finds any signs or the watchman detechs bedbug active, the fees associated, will be applied to the total treatment cost.
